      <image:title>Work - Senior Writer — Forests, People, Climate</image:title>
<image:caption>Forests, People, Climate (FPC) convened leaders, funders, and civil society partners from tropical forest regions and across the globe in November 2025 to align strategies for halting and reversing deforestation while supporting just, sustainable development. In support of the Communications Officer, this work focused on translating a complex, multi-stakeholder model for equitable support into clear, accessible messaging for a global audience. Deliverables included boilerplate language and event communications—including pre- and post-participant emails, speaker talking points, and the post-event report—ensuring consistent, equity-centered framing across the full convening lifecycle. FPC is a global collaborative dedicated to mobilizing resources, aligning strategies, and providing equitable support to tropical forest regions by connecting funders, civil society, and community-based organizations to move funding where it is most needed.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Work - Digital/UX Writer + Editor — EDC.org</image:title>
<image:caption>Featured in: edc.org relaunch Partnered with the global nonprofit, Education Development Center (EDC) NYC-based brand and communications teams, to define a new tone of voice—modern, concise, and equity-centered—for the relaunch of edc.org. I co-led the development of copy guidelines aligned with their strategic vision and applied them across key site sections and new landing pages, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and impact. Beyond writing, I adapted customized WordPress copy blocks to structure and publish content directly in the CMS, designing pages for flow and readability. The resulting messaging framework distilled 65 years of complex programmatic work into language that resonates with both the press and global audiences. This strengthened how EDC communicates its mission and advanced organizational goals in education, workforce development, and health worldwide.
